Service Policy
Late Cancellations & No Show Appointments
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. A credit card is required to book ALL appointments to cover our policy. Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee and a no show will result in the full price of treatment.
Cancellations or no-shows for appointments booked for service/treatment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price, as our time is as valuable as yours.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward any product or service and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards can not be used for injectables.
Refunds
In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the entire series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment amid a series, the discounted package price goes to the original per-treatment price; the remaining balance may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Divine Laser Med Spa.
At Divine Laser Med Spa, we offer irrevocable goods and services. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition. Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with the original sales receipt and may be exchanged for product or spa credit.
